Q.  In the request for tender document Attachment 4 - Schedules - Schedule 2 Nominates " PAN TILT ZOOM (PTZ) CAMERA and MAINTENANCE" Please clarify if the wording "and maintenance" should be in this schedule? We are not sure what this could refer to in this schedule. Also please clarify what you require in these schedules, eg. model number and manufacturer of equipment offered, or full technical spec etc.

A.      In response to Pan Tilt Zoom and Maintenance . We require Model numbers and name of Manufacturer. The maintenance component refers to general maintenance.   A general hourly rate which will provide for a rate for call outs and a rate for install or repair works and or new works only is what we are asking for.  If rates vary depending on requirement, please provide breakdown, or list of rates.
