Display Contract Details ENG 7-19/20

This project provides for the full reconstruction of Torquay Road from the Queens Road intersection to approximately 700 metres east toward Denman Camp Road. The works include the following:

• Pavement reconstruction including asphalt surfacing,
• Kerb and channel replacement,
• Driveway and footpath construction,
• Stormwater drainage installation,
• Pavement marking and
• Signage and restoration works.
• Alteration of existing services and liaison with other service providers.

Tenderers are to note that should the project be under construction at the commencement of the nominated Christmas Closedown period indicated in Clause 22A of Annexure A, then the Works Program will need to ensure that Torquay Road is open to two way traffic during this period.
