Description 

The Request for Tender (RFT) is for the Rehabilitation of Trunk Sewers by Trenchless Technology (as listed below) in various locations throughout the City of Ipswich:-

Brassall Area:
Albion Street, Brassall 600mm dia. Length = 95.97m
43-49 Sydney Street, Brassall 600mm dia. Length = 37.98m; 525mm dia. Length = 22.10m
49-57 Sydney Street, Brassall 600mm dia. Length = 98.10m
1 Wellington Street, Brassall 600mm dia. Length = 233.36m
2 Workshop Street, Brassall 600mm dia. Length = 309.38m
Collins Street, Brassall 600mm dia. Length = 96.74m; 525mm dia. Length = 100.27m
2 Haig Street, Brassall 600mm dia. Length = 275.58m
Total 600mm dia. Length = 1,147.11m; 525mm dia. Length = 122.37m

The Contract involves the supply of all plant, labour and materials in accordance with this specification, the attached drawings, schedule and the General Conditions of Contract, all to the satisfaction of the Superintendent.

The works included in the Contract shall be completed within twelve (12) weeks from the date of the letter of acceptance of the tender.

All sewers exhibit varying degrees of deterioration and damage. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to check the actual internal diameter of each section prior to the lining operations.
