Is improved with a medium set, weatherboard and corrugated galvanised iron roofed dwelling, garden shed, clothes hoist, fencing and landscaping. The dwelling was built approximately 1930.
126 Brisbane Terrace, Goodna (Lot 2 & 3 on RP2447 - area is 1416m2):
Is improved with a medium set, weatherboard and corrugated galvanised roofed dwelling, single lock up garage, car tracks, fencing and landscaping. The dwelling was built approximately 1940.
The buildings are for removal or demolition ‘AS IS WHERE IS’ with a requirement to clean the site to the satisfaction of the Superintendent but, as a minimum, the following works must be performed:
1. Complete demolition & removal of all buildings on site, including footings/foundations & concrete slabs
2. Removal of concrete pathways
3. Removal of tree stumps ( where possible )
4. All trees to remain
5. Concrete sawing may be required to separate driveway tracks
6. Bitumen & concrete driveway on footpath to remain
7. Batter unstable sections following removal of slabs & pathways
8. Site to be left in tidy condition with nothing protruding
