The Principal is seeking to engage a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractor for the construction of event infrastructure at Broadbeach.

The scope of works includes partial demolition and removal of redundant infrastructure and the provision of a new event platform and all associated infrastructure including, but not limited to:

  • Provision of new and upgraded existing services (power, water, lighting);
  • Furniture and embellishments;
  • Temporary elements;
  • Storage components;
  • Hard and soft landscaping.
