Display Tender LCC005888
This page displays the details of a tender. See the detailed help in each section for specific information.
Logan City Council (Council) is seeking suitably experienced, equipped and qualified Contractor/s for the provision of Parks amenities maintenance services.
The contract shall be broken into three zones.
Due to the split zoning/schedule requirements, tender submissions will be evaluated and compared separately for each zone listed. The tender for a schedule will not be considered if the complete requirements prescribed in that schedule are not included in the tender. Tenderers have the option to tender for any one or more schedule and offer discounts for combined schedules. Such discounts, wherever applicable, will be taken into account to determine the lowest evaluated cost.
Council has developed an indicative parks amenities maintenance schedule (included within the price schedule) that reflects the requirements of Council to service locations across the three zoning regions.
Tenderers are invited to provide alternative proposals in the pursuit for greater value for money and/or higher efficiency. Tenderers should note, however, that they must submit a conforming Tender before an alternative proposal will be considered.
The final date for accepting questions regarding this tender via the LG tender box Forum, is 5:00pm Thursday 27 October 2016. Any questions after this date will not receive a response.
