Description

Ipswich Water (IW), as a business unit of Ipswich City Council (Council), is currently implementing a Pressure and Leakage Management strategy to help prevent the unnecessary loss of water through:

• minimising water leaks in its infrastructure; and
• trialing the benefits of reduced water pressure within the system.

As part of this strategy, IW is undertaking a series of water saving projects throughout its water network. At this stage, these projects have been broken into a number of separate packages.

This RFT invites Tenders for Package 6, to establish a contract for the Installation of Valves, Hydrants, Flow Meters, PRVs, Pits and Connections for DMA Establishment for Ipswich Water Pressure and Leakage Management Program – Package 6 at various locations throughout IW’s network (Contract).
