Description 

Gladstone Regional Council invites quotations from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the construction of a bypass pipeline at Radar Hill Reservoir and Pier Street water main (provisional). Works include: flow meters and associated cabling, and reconfiguration of existing Lake Awoonga zone valves.

Briefings 

Mandatory Briefing & Site Inspection
A briefing session will be held at Radar Hill Reservoir, 247 Goondoon Street, Gladstone, Qld, Australia, 4680 on 12 March 2019 09:30 AM.
It is mandatory for tenderers to attend the briefing meeting in order to submit an offer. At least one but no more than 2 persons from each tendering team (who are involved in the preparation of the tender) will be required to attend the briefing meeting. Details of full names and contact details of attendees must be emailed to contracts@gladstone.qld.gov.au by 4pm 2 business days before the Briefing Meeting. Attendees will be required to sign in, as evidence of the tenderer’s attendance at the briefing meeting. The meeting will be minuted and the minutes uploaded as an addendum on LG Tenderbox and shall become part of the Tender Documents.PPE is required to be worn by all attendees (High-Vis shirt or vest, steel cap boots, wide brim hat).
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
