Gladstone Regional Council (the Council) requires consultants to undertake strategy development, service and operating model and a facility management framework for a multi-million dollar integrated human and social services hub known as the “Philip Street” Communities and Families Precinct.

The Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct has been proposed as the principal social infrastructure initiative to address current and future human and social services needs for the Gladstone Region.

Development of this precinct is a first for Central Queensland and has secured capital investment of over $16 million (stage 1) from the Australian Government, Gladstone Regional Council and the Gladstone Foundation.
