Southern Downs Regional Council is responsible for the construction, rehabilitation, upgrade and maintenance of roads that fall under the Local Government’s ownership or area of responsibility.


In providing this service to the community, significant amounts of quarry material is required on numerous occasions throughout the year. Therefore the purpose of this Preferred Supplier Arrangement (“PSA”) is to form a panel of suppliers with the ability to readily supply materials without calling individual quotations for each occasion of supply. This panel will be formed and operated within the guidelines of the Local Government Act and Southern Downs Regional Council Procurement Policy.
