Description 

Construction of 1000m of road widening includes both sides of Robson and a portion of Sykes Street at a nominal pavement depth of 600mm including kerb and channel, storm water systems, drainage pits, concrete lined drains, landscaping, line marking, associated alterations to existing water and telecom services.

Scedule of Quantities and drawings  have been provided sufficiant to be able to Tender however the specification will be placed on lgtenderbox prior to 5th October 2007

The Contract Tender for the construction of Robson Street-Sykes Street Road Widening and Associated Drainage Works has been documented with

Option One;
Construction of Total Project
Total lump sum project to include all works as noted on the drawings and in the schedule of works.

Option Two;
Option Two to include.
All drainage and protective treatment works
All service relocation and alterations works
Robson Street Construction, widening, kerb and channel, and crossings to be inclusive
Sykes Street Road Works construction widening, kerb and channel, crossing to be inclusive from Chainage 00 to Chainage 20
Option Two deletes:
Sykes Road Construction of road works from chainage 20 to end chainage

The tender submissions shall include lump sum prices for both options.
